Keith, grow up. There's some advice for you on the blog - benefit from it. Unfortunately for you I am familiar with Dr. Heiser.
You are going to refute Dr. Craig with a binitarian interpretation (2 YHWHs) discussed in Segal's book? Binitarian is not Triniarian in any case. Talk about mission impossible. Just accept your claims are not "fact" nor "air tight" - if they were Dr. Craig would have accpeted them. Think about it.
Peace

Calm down. You make yourself sound motivated by pride.
So you are appealing to some "new material" that I, Craig and the HB following Jews have not seen? So your material is not the OT as it is not new. If you cannot make your case from the OT then don't bother tomorrow.
I'm not as patient as Brother Jibreelk - I'm not going to entertain you with lengthy discussions.
Please ponder upon the advice given on the blog and search for the Truth.
Peace

Do you guys know that it looks pretty sad when you not only take a man's quote out of context, but down right lie about it, it makes you look pretty sad. Way to twist Craig's words. Maybe some of you should go to Craig's page and get the full version of what he said and not just 30 seconds of it.

@Setheren actually yahweh is not his most original and personal name,he makes it clear in exodus 6 that yahweh wasnt a name known to abraham and the people before moses,so abraham didnt call god yahweh,he called god by another name, common sense if yahweh was gods most important name than why on earth would he allow the world to forget the correct way of pronouncing it,wake up

@initialdrift86 I twist what?
What i call God or even how i pronounce is not the point at all "although i have shown that I do",
the point being is that "the so called god of the koran is Not the God of the Bible" that is the Point!
-
@Setheren lol you can twist it all you want. You still cannot say that you know what the name of God is. All you have are 4 letters that no one has any idea how to truly pronounce. Give up, you're only trying to convince yourself at this point.

@initialdrift86 Yēšūă is the straight and narrow path
The only true path, only way to the true living God, It has most often been proposed that the name YHWH is a verb form derived from the Biblical Hebrew triconsonantal root היה (h-y-y) "to be".
This would connect it to the passage in verse Exodus 3:14
Walk the path of Yēšūă which is the one and only way to the most high Lord of Hosts
-
@initialdrift86 Exodus 3:14, where God gives his name as אֶהְיֶה אֲשֶׁר אֶהְיֶה (Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh), translated most basically as "I am that I am".
"Adonai" works as well
Sad someone with such knowledge could still be as lost as you, all your studies and you still can`t see that the God of the Bible and the god of the koran are definitely not the same.
May the Lord give you true Heavenly Understanding so you may turn to Christ, be forgiven for your sins and be lead down the true heavenly path
-
@Setheren No, his name is not Yahweh. If you ask any Jewish scholar, he will tell you nobody knows the appropriate vowels to put in to the Y.H.W.H. So therefore, whenever Jews come upon this word in the Torah while praying, they substitute the word Adonai in its place for fear of pronouncing it wrong.
-
His name is not allah
His name is Yahweh, a name that should be respected , which is why Y.H.W.H, is used out of respect
I hope you may find peace in Christ our Salvation, may He bless you with Heavenly Understanding :-)
There is still time to repent and serve the one and only true God.

@Setheren A name that contains four consonant letters and an assortment of vowels unknown to mankind is your God? You don't even know his name!
Correction: Should be Waines [Not Waine] and Armstrong [ not Armstron].
