@thefutureisnow It's an awesome japanese anime inspired by Lucy Montgomery's novel Anne of Green Gables. In my opinion this version exceeds both the movies and even the book.
It's about an red-head orphan in Canada, living in the 1800's, that despite all life's adversities never abandons her positive and imaginative personality. She is adopted by two unmarried siblings who originally wanted a boy to take over their farm, but they eventually grow fond of the girl, and help her find her life path
