  • Dear INGc3z4r,

I love learning important new things about Excel (the more times per day, the better).

    Thanks, INGc3z4r!!

  • Totally right! Thanks!

  • Dear INGc3z4r and planiolro,

In 2007 you hit Alt, then you can just hit the letter keys (as you say,INGc3z4r), same with Right-Click key. But sometimes, like F5 (Go To), you can't just hit the S to go to Special.

Maybe the rule is: Once you see the underline, you can just hit the letter keys, except when something else is activated (like cursor flashing in "reference" text box after you hit F5), which in that case you have to hit the Alt key again.

  • Maybe you can correct me, but when you can see an underlined letter in a Menu o dialog box it's not necesarry to press anyother key but the one that is underlined to select it.
