that's why when i get mine i'm getting it with the 2600mAh battery for it.

Never leave your phone plugged in over night. if you over-charge your phone it eats away at the battery over time. only charge your phone when it needs to be charged, if you charge it while the battery is full it is not good for it. NEVER CHARGE IT WHEN YOU GO TO BED. bad news.

LOL. he probably has his e-mail to be pushed through automatically, gps, and wifi turned on. I mean with every smart phone that can do multiple things at one time the battery life is going to suck. If you want to complain about your battery then don't get a phone that can do everything you need. Other than that just look for another batter that has a larger battery life. I can use mine through a 9 hour day at work texting and watching youtube, and get home with 40% or more battery life left.

My battery life was about 8 hours with almost no use at all. Literally maybe 10 minutes of phone use{at most}, no texting,no video and 20 minutes of gps. Keep in mind my phone is not even 2 days old. I have no bias but this battery is horrific. The phone itself is pretty kick ass

The fact is, if you watch vidoes, go online, or are playing with the apps will drain the battery much faster. I bought the phone today, and out of the box it was about 50%. It took me 2 hours to drain it completly, and i was on internet, and playing with apps most of the entire time. So im guessing you have 4hrs at best if your using the phone for other things than calling people. Still a GREAT phone and worth buying an extra battery just incase. :D

yeah but then youd have to make sure there both charged and carry around a spare battery
