  • first let me say great job... but the point of tabatas and scoring is to do max reps for 20 secs... not stop early to maximize ur last round... and also anyone that is in crossfit knows ur chest shld hit the floor every time... even so they both did a great job and its def not easy..

  • i don't see anything wrong with workin out like this. i've seen crossfit 'competition' videos where pullups were done bumpy and swingy. in pushups, your chest really does not need to hit the floor. makes it gay cause you can use that bump to accelerate up
