@kaindrg I think your head positioning is more important than getting your hands lower. Most recommend your arms being behind each knee, no need to go any lower than that. If your head is penetrating into the arm pit, and you are pushing with your neck, you should be creating good force to push him head first. Besides if you are going any lower than the knees, how will you lift at all?

@azaproc read about kampfringen some manual;s suggest that when executing a double leg some where between the person landing and his feet coming off the ground u should slide ur hands lower on the legs and to the feet if possible so rather than ur going down with tthe guy and flatening him out on his back or his face down, all the body weight will be up top and he'll fall head first

Little did my high school peers know that with the art of wrestling(standardly practiced in grades 7-12 of course) that you can actually utilize this in terms of self defence and actually KILL SOMEBODY. Its okay though, they might of laughed at me because I wore "tights" and "touched" othersweaty guys, but I will be the last one laughing when they get dropped on their head in the back of an alley after the club. MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
