@Ritchie1504 Yes it does. And that would fit in the 1969 time range better than "Pompeii" which was filmed in October 1971.

I think it is fake. Too clean sounding for 1969 without the rest of the song. No one would do a soundboard recording of just a minute.
Plus no vocals.
All someone needs to do to fake this is get a keyboard programed to sound like Rick's. Not to hard.

This sounds like a possible outtake from the Pompeii sessions. If you compare "Set Controls For The Heart Of The Sun", there's a great Dave and Rick combined moment. It's also where Rick is soloing infront of a slide show of volcanic rocks. Or It could even be an outtake from the Zabriskie Point stuff....if so it ties in with the 1969 date you have. That sounds very much like the middle part of "Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun", especially like on their Live at Pompeii performance of the song.
