I have a vinyl double LP recording of the music which has been a great influence while I was growing up. Thank you Mr. Leonard Bernstein for such excellent and enduring music.

I loved this version of Bernsteins Mass. Remember seeing this version when I was a teen in the 70s. I wish they release this version on Dvd. I have also been looking for this footage forever also!

This appears to be the version that aired on PBS in the early 70s. I too have looked for a recording for nearly 40 years. I once spoke with Michael Hume who played the celebrant in that production. When I asked him about a recording he told me that after LB's death, his family gave him a recording in a very old professional format (probably 2"). I asked if he could ever get it transcribed to DVD and send me a copy. He said he would try but I've never seen it.
