Monica Rambeau came to us first as Captain Marvel, but after another Captain Marvel appeared, she took on the code names of Photon and Pulsar. She's from New Orleans and she has worked as captain of a cargo ship, but after being bombarded with rays from an energy-rapping device she developed some special super abilities, including turning her body into pure energy and traveling at the speed of light. She worked hard with the Avengers, and even took over as their leader for a time. Music is "Pulsar 2002," by Mauro Picotto.
