Isabella reciting poetry. 3 year old Isabella recites Christmas Bells by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. Written 1864, the poem was written by Longfellow on Christmas day just after his son was seriously wounded fighting in the civil war. Isabella's poem reminds us all what Christmas is all about.

Thanks Isabella!

What a talented girl! Linda declaration of the poem! I'm starting to learn English and pronunciation of this beautiful girl will help me to deepen my knowledge of this important language! Father and mother of the little girl, you are to be congratulated and should be proud! Hugs from Brazil! Mick

I'm a senior in high school, and this is my absolute favorite poem by my absolute favorite poet..this little girl has more passion, more elocution, and a larger vocabulary, than some of the kids in my English class. Stay with that poetry Isabella!

What a ham! She is clearly having a great time even though she understands only about half the words she is saying. As she gets older, she will learn more and more poetry. It's too bad she can't go to college and major in elocution anymore!
