How to do the account glitch

*update i dont do this anymore, i will not be able to provide you an elite account. Someone did the process in reverse and set it back to a private. Sry for anyone who didnt get the account*

If you dont understand the video here you go.
1.Have an elite account
2.find a game any game will do
3.join it
4.leave and during the screen that you get when you leave sign out and sign in to the account you want the elite for.
5.OMG I HAVE ELITE.
Ps.If it doesnt work the the first time try again. Ive had problems on my first attempts but i assure you it works.
