Eliot Spitzer was and is brilliant lawyer. One of very few who had guts, courage and ability to take on big corruption and its institution. Copare to that personal sexual misconduct is very minor thing, a conduct in which there is only one victim, Eliot Spitzer & his family. Governer Rod Blagojevitch was arrested and removed from his office. He has not seen a day in court yet nor did he get to say a word in his defense. Is this democracy?
