  • i spent 2.5 years reading the bible on my own without any outside interference. whatever all the utube videos say for or against it doesnt matter to me. i started reading it to help me sleep and as time went along my life just kept getting more manageable. even if it were proven to be a hoax beyond a shadow of a doubt the fact remains that its words are powerful healers if followed, read and practiced. the bible is light years ahead of the most cutting edge information available today.

  • Very good. It's amazing that people will go to great lengths to try to prove Gods Word isn't true but will spend their whole lives walking according to the things of the world without question.

  • These were found in 1947, but when were they written? When were they placed there? What science was used to dictate their age? The same dating methods that you stupid assholes reject when used to prove the earth is more than several thousand years old? You religious kooks are insane. LoL

  • In 1947 some people found some scrolls in a cave written by previous generations, so it must be true. Brilliant. What a load of retarded bullshit.

  • stop talkin about your virtual friends named god only of the reason that they talk about the bible, the most faked and fucked up book in the world.

  • @katarachan2009 i think you'll find the bible is older than JC... probably around the same age as the book of the dead which has similar style stories and writings!

  • @jbjrsdbttdl Geographically and historically accurate accounts contained within the book would at least give me pause to question its potential legitimacy . However, these things are not accurate within the "holy" book, and therefore can be scrutinized as the bullshit that it is. Enjoy your empty head-talks to your Hebrew god, Yahweh, and his otherwise undocumented outside of the disjointed biblical text Judeo-Christian "son".

  • @TheSirBoyKing are you really doubting the bible STILL what else do you need lolololol I'll pray for you bud :)

  • 2. There were parts of other books found among the DSS, and there are significant differences between them and the modern versions, with large sections added or missing.

  • 1. You insist that there were all sorts of controls in place to prevent errors. But first, those controls were part of the Talmudic tradition, and weren't devised until centuries after the DSS. Second, you yourself admit that there are differences between the DSS Isaiah and the later one. You say that they aren't significant, but if there were all those controls, there should be none at all.
