Software that is only free for personal use is usually termed "Shareware", not "Freeware". Most "Freeware" is now actually open source which presents no legal entanglements for users. This video is little more than an attempt to scare businesses away from Free Software and Open Source that may very well save them both license costs and the stress and risk of owning and auditing commercial software/
