If you thought the original game over gave you nightmares as a kid, I've attempted to make it worse. Now you can have those nightmares all over again! (I doubt it but hey, why not?)

Here's what the game overs consist of:
Experiment 1: Used Nightmare Geese's laugh from Real Bout Fatal Fury Special after you've beaten him.

Experiment 2: Used audio from Starry Night Productions TV logo. If you ever watched Night Court you heard this one often.

Experiment 3: Used the game over from Jurassic Park (Genesis/Mega Drive).

Experiment 4: Used game over from Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (NES). Me and a friend sucked so much at that game that we saw this screen often, and back then I was petrified of human skulls.

Well, there you have it. Be a jerk and you're blocked, so be nice and civil. Just a random YT experiment.

  • You should have done Freddy laughing, would have been scarier. The scariest one would be the game over for friday the 13th game with the chi chi chi moh moh moh sound playing.

  • @Themaniacnextdoor Freddy and Jason, eh? But did someone else mix the F13 NES game over with Zelda? Thought I saw a video of that, minus the chi chi chi moh moh moh sound though. Seen that one too many times...

  • @SestrenNK I'm not sure. i was watching this video because i wanted to see what happens when you die in the second zelda game.

  • @Themaniacnextdoor Looking at other videos, I guess not. But seeing how the F13 game over is all over YouTube, I'd rather not add onto the list. But at least it wasn't another Sonic CD suggestion.

  • 1: I tried to get myself in the proper mindset for this, but I guess I failed miserably because I was laughing right along with him... >_>

2: Recgonized it...doesn't fit as well as the original.

3: Damn! That was creepy! Better than the laugh for sure.

4: Someone else said it -- more sad than scary.

  • @jobber2022497 "but I guess I failed miserably because I was laughing right along with him... >_>"

I gotta admit that's more a joke than an actual attempt to scare. It's a good thing I didn't go with Shao Kahn's original laughs instead then. I would've been laughing with him too. =D

  • the one in black

  • donkey kong countrys endings scare the piss out of me

  • I watched the Robin hood movie, Now i wanna play the game. :D

  • @ryan489 Yep.

  • I liked the one with the skull and the graveyard.

  • You should try the game over from Rings of Power on the genesis/megadrive.

Basically when you die you get turned into a bleeding heap of flesh on the ground and a window pops up with a picture of a rotting corpse pops up to scare the crap out of you while playing a loud pipe organ tune that makes you jump.
