Good word for it! I have often said that self destructive behavior is a way to "force one's hand." I've seen friends do it at jobs many times. They are unhappy, want to quit, but can't bring themselves to. Instead they sabotage themselves out of a job, where they are forced to make move. I always enjoy your vlogs, wish you'd do them more often!

You are so right! Amazingly, just the words I have been needing to hear. There are a lot of things going on in my life right now and I have been kinda at a crossroads struggling with which direction I need to move forward in. Thanks for the encouragement to step out of the comfort zone and really go for what it is that you want for your life.
