Bioshock 1 and 2 both run very well on this laptop. I could max out both games without seeing much lag, however i had to lower some settings with Bioshock 2 due to fraps running. When not running fraps i get 50-60fps on both games maxed out.

Sager NP5165 Specs

-Intel i7-2720QM (2.2ghz)
-Nvidia GT555m Graphics card
-6gb of Ram

  • Pure awesome.

  • @hendrix2896 No problem dude.

  • @itsadurgi'm 16, just got the okay from my mom to order the np5165, even though i'm buying it with my own money. Should receive it soon. Thanks for all the help

  • @hendrix2896 It would run WoW and SWTOR without a problem but i am not sure about total war shogun 2.

  • @hendrix2896 There is a button you press to manually switch it to a mode that will then turn on the high end card when needed.

  • do you think the np5160 can run a game like total war shogun 2 without any problems. What about games such as wow or swtor

  • @itsadurg btw i know the sager has a switchable graphics card, does it switch automatically whenever i start playing a game or do i need to switch it manually.

  • @hendrix2896 The extra $80 will get you a more powerful graphics card and twice the ram (from 4gb to 8gb) and so i personally think that spending the extra money to get the NP5165 is worth it, however you can go with the older model and still run most games.

  • @istadurg how well do you think the sager np5160(the level below the np5165) will run high end games. I'm not a computer expert and i am debating whether the np5165 is worth the extra 80 bucks. I'm wondering are you just using the base build of the np5165 or have you upgraded it.

  • @Akuma2unlimited Yes this laptop will only last about an hour if you are playing games. I personally only play games while plugged in.
