I have to say Hatsumomo was my fav character from the book & movie as well....I loved Gong Li & she did such an awesome job playing her...i have to say though that sayuri drove me nuts in the book as well as in the movie & ziyi zhang being the worst actress that she is didnt help with it at all...otherwise the movie & book were awesome! Great Job on the video! Love Hatsumomo! Im giving it 5 stars...

If Gong Li had been born to the life of a real Kyoto Geisha, I can imagine her career would be very successful. She's very beautiful even at her current age.

I just finish the book and I have to admit at the beginning I would give anything to shoot Hatsumomo but from the point on after he boyfriend broke up with her I had felt bad for her. Her character is one of the most dynamic I've seen but her character devolpement went the wrong way if that makes since. When she started to beat up that one actor who had a thing for her but found attraction for Mameha made me sad
