As others have said, Billy Q. Effinger is the man. Super nice guy and a fun music composer to boot. The song was written for his daughter because of the Harry Potter books.

NOBODY better knock this guy, he is fuckin' AWSOME! Let me tell you the hell I went through to get a hold of him n when he called back, i thought i hit the lotto.
