the first one, definitely great, but the second version just sounds so powerful. i don't know, it's something about it i can't describe.

It was definitely the first song. One of the most memorable scenes in the series. My top 3 (in no particular order are): Gohan's fight against Cell when he goes SSJ2 up until the point that he punches 18 out of him, Vegeta's fight and Sacrifice against Majin Buu, and Goku's first SSJ3 transformation and fight against Majin Buu. After that last one I stopped watching the series aside from Mystic Gohan and Vegito's fights against Buu.
