we have a nanny state in australia. they interfere with our lives and choices . i am sick of government telling me what i can or cannot do. some nannys wanted a fat tax and they have jacked up the price of alcohol in australia too such as an 'alcopops tax' now they have legislated a threshhold price for wine coz people were buying wine at a too cheap price .if a merchant sell at a lower price they get fined.
i am sick of the nanny state.

I'm proud to say I voted for this man. He isn't perfect (none of us are), but he doesn't cause me to feel nauseous like the majority of Republicans and Democrats do.

The dude is speaking my language. :) I'm sick of constant interference. Most empowered government officials are not very bright and out of touch with reality. They are on a power trip without knowing what a power trip is or why it is bad.
Libertarianism requires the analysis of your own actions in context. The officialdom of the nanny state only look for other people's analysis that support their prejudicial suppositions. In essence, the nanny state is unwarranted prejudice against the masses.

SpookeyR is full of shit! He acusses Ron Paul of being a racist because he did'nt send a donation back. Yet he supported Obama who has the most pysco pastor ever to preach to a congregation anywhere! I guess in Spookey's world everything is good as long as you are black. No matter how stupid or dishonest they are. Spookey you are the racist.
