It wasn't easy, but I did it the right way. Eating real food (I'm mostly vegetarian), exercising, never starving, but stop eating when you're no longer hungry...not stuffed. I cut out all soft drinks and controlled portion size. I dropped thirty pounds, and never touched a diet book or starved myself, but I permanently changed the way I eat. It worked better than I thought as you can see from my videos. Good luck!

WOW! dude, I wish that I could weigh that. I am about 235 and trying to lose. what did you do to get that low. ?...

i think it should be possible even lower. Do you have a video how your stomach and ribcage look now at that weight?

@avaricerocker Yeah, I know. I've put on about 5 lbs of muscle since this.

Thanks! Its just very hard when you can't buy the foods that you want, and you can't do much. I mean I go to the gym like 2-4 a week, its been a month now, and still no results. :( I am doing something wrong.?

You're doing just the right thing by going to the gym. You might not see it on the scale, but I bet you see it in your body. You're losing fat and gaining denser muscle. That's good!
I understand that buying good, real food is more costly that junk food. You can always make the healthier choice though. Keep up the good work!

Don't give up! Remember that small incremental changes in your diet, like cutting out 200 calories a day, can eventually lead to dropping POUNDS!
And no, I'm not planning on losing any more weight. I think that I'm thin enough, and that losing more weight wouldn't be good for either the way that I look or my health.
