triumph rocket III - 5,000 - 17,000$, 35 mpg, can actually buy one.

this bike is just as fast anyways, 0-60 in 2.8 seconds,

@ArtoDelFunko It is called the Flyscreen, check with triumphmotorcycles dotcom for a part number..

I think they are a few hundred dollars, plus you will need the Fixing (mounting) Kit, another seventy dollars.
