Now on August 10th, the Texas ecosystem is said to be dying from the bottom up insects, birds & fish, mammals..Weather manipulation...It's becomming drought in AZ as well...Feds. must be stopped...They have to know..Both TX & AZ are renegade states & being punished by the Obama admin. with their ability to make weather war:chemtrails/haarp...Everywh­ere else is getting enough rain...I would take a tornado or two if it brought rain with it...From North TX near Oklahoma....LOVE, COURAGE

If the Texans want rain, the must appease the Goddess Pele by ripping out the heart of Rick Perry and throwing the still beating heart into a wild file (i.e. Pele's sacred flame.) Texas is thirsty because Pele is thirsty! It would also help to feed Pele by ripping out the hearts of holy rollers and throwing the still beating hearts into the wild fires. The holy roller hearts sacrificed to Pele, the more rain Texas will have.

MSNBC reported the same thing. They were referring to a drought in the general SE United States, but they never said the drought in Texas was over. People wanna blame CO2 levels but if you believe that you've got to believe there's a greater connection between Obama's hatred of TX and the 09 and now 11 drought which will roll into 2012. Quit being idiots, it's a La Nina (ocean convection currents) that sadly is a getting stronger this fall/winter = more rain in midwest and drought for TX

@jacksonburns56 Haha hell yeah! If you're dumb enough to believe fox about anything especially if they're saying the drought is over then your just as ignorant as they are. The fact is it's 100+ about everday, and now where I live we're having mandatory water conservation rules. That includes no watering between 10am-6pm

I live in houston and I'm staying outside about 2 hours a day. If I didnt drink my half gallon cooler of water I would be have heat stroke every day I'm out
