Here I am staring in the new TV ad for the New Citroën C5. Another fine example of German engineering.

My friend's Audi S5 spends more time in workshop, than on roads. And it's official Audi's service, not some random place. Same thing with his brother's brand new S7. So I guess it just depends on car.

For me boring is when you must go to service every month to fix something-thats the case whith my friends who bought used french cars...I had used mercedes and now I have used a3 and both working perfectly.I dont know, maybe when you buy some new french car and take good car it is better..

And compared to french cars - boring.

Audis are perfect, of that I'm sure. I've driven A1 Sportback, A3 Sportback (180 PS S-Tronic), A4 allroad quattro (2.0 TFSI S-Tronic), A7 (3,0 TDI S-Tronic), S7 and TTRS. All of them were perfect. I could also compare TTRS with 991 Carrera S and I'd prefer Audi because of its lower weight. BUT if I had to choose car for myself I'd take DS5, C5, C6 (unfortunately not produced anymore), or DS3R. Maybe they're not perfect, but they're totally different.

This is simply not true, a German would not lose against a French.

I always forget how clean your first STEAM locomotive was :D. The rest is history due to the fact that the siemens invented the first comerical e-locomotive and the americans first brought used one in comerical service. So have fun with your old invention. I go now and invent a german e-car^^.

You should do the same in "great" britian. Oh I forgot you don't have any important car companies, because yours were crap :D

Pretty bad try :D. Still I think france is not very popular for its engineer. Maybe nuclear power due to the fact that germany stoped using this technology. But the main inventions from france are still the smudge-resistand rifles and the quick retreat :D.

The Germans invented the computer which has linked our world, also mp3, wireless technology, night vision, diesel engine, ballistic missiles, first space rockets, night vision, relative theory, discovered radio waves, jet engines and many many more, you just can't beat them when it comes to engineering and inventiveness
