@KardinalKrampus The emphasis on art would cause the civilization to crumble. There would be too few farmers and engineers to keep the nation running. Art and creativity, while nice, do not create a steady foundation for anything. There is a reason there are few jobs for Art and Philosophy majors.

besides that art is the real heritage of mankind - not that tribal warfare thingy which is going on now for MILLENNIA.
