He probably had a heart attack and died. lol Or maybe after 38 weeks he realized he gained fat, looked in the mirror and saw the same person from day one. Then he had a heart attack and died. Yes the bowflex did it again.

@ironhulkjv I use mine for 1 1/2 hours a day 5 days a week, 2 on 1 off. You will get ripped but I agree, you won't do it by doing a 20 minute work out 3 times a week, you have to work it ! I also do crunches and distance power walking along with teaching martial arts.

sorry man, but i was looking for some real advice, you are quite annoying, have you lost any weight? has the home gym been worth the money? just post some results, the Arnold thing does not work well for ya, sorry.

No offense, but for 35 weeks of work, you don't have much progress to show for it. Are you doing cardio as well? What does your diet consist of?

yea i got a bowflex i do 1hr a day gain more strength and lost weight.. ive lost 20lbs in 3 weeks.. you have to work hard!!! being lazy aint gonna do nothing you have to do more everytime
