@Arboktot not true we also have lizards, and thogh not native to this contry we somtimes encounter turtles that are swept up throgh the golf-stream some averaging three feet in length.
-
@Arboktot (*ENGLAND)!! BUT YOU MEAN U.K. BECAUSE I LIVE IN WALES AND WE HAVE MANY GRASS SNAKES, ADDERS, AND SLOW WORMS! I JUST THOUGHT I TELL YOU THIS, THANKS.
-
slow worm, grass snake and adders are the only reptile in engelad
-
@sheeplikesganja oh lol well common lizards, slow worms and adders are still found in scotland, but they do prefer warmer climates because it's better for basking. lowland heaths are the best habiatats for reptiles and they're generally only active between march and october.
-
@piccadillydave oh well.... i live in scotland :P
-
@sheeplikesganja if you are in the south you're probably more likely to see them. I had only seen frogs, toads and newts until I stayed in devon for a month.. during that month I saw loads of slow worms, a few common lizards and a female adder. I suppose you need to know where to look though :)
so these could be in my garden.... or am i mistaken lol

Well they could be, but the snakes and lizards especially are very rare to find nowadays
