In 2006 this trailer had extensive maintenance done to the exterior,1st pic blue trailer.2007 the interior was brought up to code and HCD inspection ordered,Second pic inside of trailer.It is still on HCD books and rent control doesnt know it has been demolished. It was on the relocation list for the D-Row but was to much work to remove the hitch (which is standard procedure)City held docs have been updated to remove X-15 from official relocation list.
SP-X15 wont be recreated till 2009 but is still on rent control list as one of their controled spaces.
How many affordable housing laws have been broken with just this trailer and space. Where are the permits ????
