Martyn has over twenty years experience in computer-based communications. He started as a software engineer with data networking and LANs back in the eighties, and saw the birth of the Internet and the
widespread adoption of TCP/IP. While Martyn continued through a career in engineering, support, sales and marketing, his friend TCP/IP used its bridgehead in the data world to become the most successful technology in voice communications too.

Today Martyn is Principal Consultant at Dialogic, working with third party software developers to create telephony applications with a wide variety of different tools, open and proprietary. Working on the edge of the old and the new with everything from SS7 to SIP, he tries to retain an open mind and a sense of curiosity.
