that only goes for some states but most dont really want to you to shoot black birds but u as you said if they harm property

@isaacgore100 actually it is but i do it anyways because they damage wildlife pets and property. grackles and all kinds of black birds are illegal to kill unless they are doing one of those things i stated. only house sparrows, pigeons, starlings and cowbirds can be trapped or shot. look em up to see what they look like but i still shoot real blackbirds and grackles anyway.

okay so im trying to buy an air rifle online.. and i have noticed that it says "adult signature will be required by shipping carrier." my parents wont let me buy air rifles..
