    Pues como Telefónica y Vodafone consigan cargarse (y lo están intentando) la neutralidad que en teoría debería existir por ley, todo esto que se muestra en el vídeo será nuestro futuro; ya hoy en día no se cortan un pelo limitando la velocidad de conexión en servicios como el vídeo por 'streaming' o la descarga directa en horas punta de tráfico. Otro ejemplo: preguntadle a alguien que tenga contratado ONO si puede descargar con el Emule, imposible porque ONO tiene bloqueado su acceso...

    en peru hay la neutralidad de la red sin ser ley .porque aca todo el pais es libre de hacer lo que sea con el internet y ademas a mucha pirateria y al estado parece que no le importa .para los peruanos nos conviene que el estado no se preocupe? en que pais se hace eso que el proveedor te impongan paginas web ???

    Gran error. La verdadera neutralidad consiste en que no haya ninguna ley que regule internet. Internet es de las pocas cosas que todavía no controlan los políticos, no dejemos la arruinen, como todo lo que tocan. La ley de neutralidad es una solución preventiva para un problema que no existe. Es la excusa de los políticos para controlar internet.
