There are two different roles of policing in the UK, one is Safer Neighbourhood and the other TPT/Response. SN Teams are based around community policing, things like littering, alchohol, anti-social behaviour and community relations, whereas TPT deal with your 999 calls, etc. While a "small time drug user", who is committing an offence, is being prosecuted, doesn't mean burglars or more serious offences are going unrecognised. Your interpretation is the real manipulation here.

got hit by a guy who had no insurance the other day.... So quite honestly id be more than happy for the police to spend extra time on that!! And there isn't exactly robbery's and violent crimes happening all the time, videos a load of pish! You've clearly just been done for dropping litter and are annoyed!

And as for this robberies not happening all the time, I don't know what kind of place you live in but I live in london and that shit happens all the time. It just goes to show how , minor your life is that getting hit be an uninsured driver is remarkable. Don't come crying when you get fined for not rycycleing or for using the latest politically incorrect phrase, bye.
