I grew up in a catholic and protestant family in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro). Notice that african culture was "satanized" by western european centered culture for centuries. Unfortunately people don't realize that there are different cultures and all of us must respect them. It's important not judge. If similar ceremonies happen in an indian or asian tribe, people think it's cool. But if these ceremonies are in Africa they are considered satanist... It's a subtle racism... I think
