This a bit of a shaky and rushed together video - but it is only about 3 minutes long. It is an amateur attempt to show where the Stroude Road Accident Blackspot is - and where the 3 fatalities in 2005, 2010 and Sept 2011 happened. I cant believe that at the minimum there is no solid white no overtaking centre line? I mean how much does a paint job cost, and for that matter a larger sign, let alone trimming the overhanging vegetation that obscures the normal sign shown in your video. Surrey CC seem to be negligent i their duty of care over the existent sign let alone anything new! Good Luck in your campaign. I used to live at 333 Stroude but we left in 1978, when cars were much less powerful and people drove less.
