Help me identify this bizarre radio broadcast!

Long story:
When I was a kid, I used to like tuning through radio stations and recording random sound bytes from each broadcast to tape. One night I found a very strange broadcast that I thought was aliens, containing some very strange vocalisations. I hit record and listened for a while, but eventually I got frightened and switched the radio off. The tape was broken and then lost, and for years I have wondered what that broadcast was. Recently I moved house, and while going through my belongings I found a bunch of tapes, including the one in question. I have recorded the tape to my computer and have included the recording here in this video. If anyone knows anything about it, please leave a comment!
