RINGO4LIFE Account Suspended For The 4th Time Due To DMCA Abuse (FULL DETAIL VIDEO)

If you would like to help I have a better way, send youtube letters and emails regarding this issue.

Below are three videos that were hit with bogus copyright claims. In each case I filed Counter-Notices, but Youtube failed to process and forward my counter-notices to the parties who filed take down notices against my videos.

The problem as of today is why is Youtube not adhering to the Safe Harbor requirements?

Youtube shouldn't get in the middle of a dispute or take sides by playing judge and jury, or receive monies under the table to please others. That would be a crime.

Their job according to the DMCA Safe Harbor is to show no Prejudice or Bias in a dispute matter. Their job is to keep their nose out of a dispute and allow the the courts to handle it.

If a DMCA take down notice was filed against me and they took my videos down, then according to the LAW Youtube are under obligation to now process and forward my counter-notices to the people who filed the claims.

After this process, the parties involves will have to provide Youtube with a legal court order against me. If that document isn't provided in 14 business days Youtube have to restore my 3 videos and my account according to the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act).

To all my supporters, this is the issue you should raise with Youtube. So if any of you are contacting Youtube, bring up the real issue at hand. The issue is why haven't youtube processed and forward my counter-notices to the parties who filed DMCA's against my videos?

This process is very simple, but Youtube appear to show they don't care about the LAW.

I provided dates and case numbers. This matter should've been resolved, but its very clear someone isn't doing their job at Youtube in the legal department.

This is a serious matter and its very frustrating to email Youtube only to be ignored as if I'm wrong for following the rules. What is the purpose of filing a Counter-Notice if Youtube isn't abiding by the Safe Harbor?

I filed Counter-Notices in all three cases and even send Youtube emails multiple times concerning this issue but I'm being ignored by who ever is responsible for reading each email at copyright@youtube.com

If you don't support my work, then what the heck are you here for, get lost and get a life rather than being a hateful devil.

To my real supporters. Don't just sit back watching or waiting for someone else to help, do your part if you're a true supporter of the work.

Why tell me one minute that you enjoy my videos and work. then when trouble come you're no where around to help?

Only a few people out of 10,000 helped, that prove everyone who subscribe of send friend invites aren't really supporters, but rather spectators.

Every time someones channel was suspended, flagged or needed help, I always was there to help support them, but I'm not seeing that all the people I've supported showed no signs of help when I'm in need.

Anyway, regardless whether people help or not, I've learned that I'm actually in this fight on my own because people don't have the balls to stand up for or fight for what is right. This is the very reason why ALL OF YOUR RIGHTS WILL SOON BE GONE.

SOON NOPNE OF YOU WILL HAVE RIGHTS AND WILL BE TREATED THE SAME WAY. When that day come you're going to need help and there will be no help because you never planted any seeds of helping others.

With the amount of videos and truth I've shared I shouldn't have to ask for help. People should feel morally obligated to do everything they can to help.

Actually, there is no Fair Use "Law". Fair use is a PROVISION to the COPYRIGHT law (17 U.S.C. 107)... Other than that, Great video! Now, after a Copyright Infringement claim, whoever is making such claim has 10 days to file court papers so the court makes you appear via a subpoena. If that is not the case, YouTube has 14 days to restore any material that was removed because of a false DMCA claim. If they don't, they are BREAKING THE LAW! It is up to YOU to hold YouTube accountable for that.

I know its a provision I'm just use to saying fair use law cause its apart of the whole deal. If someone is violating my rights they're breaking the law. Thanks anyway for the clarification.

The problem in my case is Youtube is violating the Safe Harbor cause they didn't forwarding or process my Counter-Notices. All my emails have been ignored. They appear to be playing Judge/Jury.

Youtube are under obligation by the 'DMCA Safe Harbor' to forward my Counter-Notice claims to the parties involved, then the parties who filed the DMCA's have to go to court to sue me by getting a court order. If they fail to get a court-order against me, then in 14 business days my videos and RINGO4LIFE channel should be restored according to the LAW!!!!!!

Youtube should NEVER get in the middle of a copyright dispute by taking sides or playing judge and jury.

The message you should be bringing to Youtube isn't "Please Restore RINGO4LIFE account". Saying that does nothing.

The message should be why is Youtube violating the DMCA Safe Harbor concerning RINGO4LIFE's three Counter-Notice claims.

Youtube should have forward my Counter-Notice claims to the parties in question and then notify me. They didn't do that. It clear after my many emails to them that I'm being ignored.

Base on this they're in violation of the Safe Harbor.

Well if you successfully counter-claim said videos because of fair use or error, then you pretty much had damageable action against the person who got your account shut down.

And at the same time...have your videos premiered here by directing folks to your channel. Again...SUPPORTs who would support RINGO if he had his own internet website? That's the question...
