Theres not much of a "circuit" its build around a PIC chip meaning its more programming then anything else. So what you should be asking for the source code rather then the circuit :P

Nice. PWM color generation? I've been working with the 12F683 -- just like the 12F675 but with more program memory. Anything written for the '675 should work well on them.
