  • The critics always bash the greats. Branagh is a freaking genius. And something about him is STILL attractive, even now ^_^

  • I've had such a crush on Branagh since I was in 6th form, I'm now in my final year of degree and showing no sign of getting over him. Sigh. Dunno about everyone else, but I've always been quite pleased at the fact that the critics don't like him, it makes him sort of more likeable in himself.

  • He only gets better with time:)

  • Awesome! Thanks so much :)

  • I loved his book and I cherish owning it. I will definitely read it again some day. He is very witty and he writes it straight-forward and in a very honest manner. I don't know why the critics back then were so cruel about it. He's bloodly brilliant and sooo talented; he is definitely cute, then and now. I love Branagh and totally admire his career and work.

  • honestly, I think he's improved with age. He went through some ghastly haircuts

  • well i dunno bout cute but he was great in henry v and later in conspiracy, his stage work great as well.

  • Well, I still liked him as the "lovie"...he was cute ^_^

  • i agree i like his work now..when he was younger he got the lovie tag.

  • It is a brilliant book, but there is only one sentence(!) about his relationship with Emma which, I quote:

"Emma and I are now established as a couple, and it was great fun working with her on her show 'Thompson' on our return to England"

But it made me laugh, sympathise and stare at the page in amazement for several minutes at some points. I would definetely recommend it!

  • He is...AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to read his book (even if they ridiculed him for writing it in his 20s, thinking it was 'bravado' when it was really to find funds for his new theatre company, etc.)

He is by FAR one of the greatest actors in the world today. Hands down. Ken, you are BRILLIANT!!
