  • actually ur hand doesnt matter u should be able to have ur coach swipe ur hand away and u dont move or fall forward at all..now i just got into this video so if they say this im sorry haha..but u can be in a 3 point stance really without ur hand on the ground and can properly perform ur block..i play semi pro and and offensive lineman...soo i kinda know this stuff

  • I third that they do tell us to get on our fingers in d-line but in o-line it doesnt matter. if your fat uyour fingers will break if you get on them in the o line

  • You should only be on your fingertips as a d-lineman. If you have all that pressure on your fingers as a o-linman you will never be able to get good had placement.
