Kick Ass Kannabis on 4/20 in Manhattan/Paula Gloria Meets Ronnie Smith in Ohio

Thanks to the fabulous staff at MNN and overcoming technical difficulties galore I'm still able to load this on 420 so my viewers can share the fun and fast interview about slow and fast healing with and without Cannabis with Ronnie Smith running for Sheriff of Gallatin County in Kentucky. Shot April 10th 2010 by Molly Cheshire at the beautiful Patterson Homestead , ancestral home of John H. Patterson, the man who started National Cash Register it is so apropos... Today when we are faced with no nation and no cash it is fantastically refreshing to hear of all the powerful healing results Ronnie got using the oil on 150 people and how he discovered "the cure" independently from Rick Simpson in Canada. I liked his idea of letting (very term indicates the slavery we are under) the farmers grow as much hemp as they can and paying county taxes with it. The surplus can be given to cancer patients as they need high concentrations of THC not to mention the US patent GIVEN to the US government by three inventors, one a noble prize winner to the US government dealing with other nonpsychoactive parts of the plant that are healing for other things, (like growing bone back, to mention one of many benefits!)

@paulagloria - My preference would be to make the oil using Ether as the solvent of choice as it has a low boiling point of 35 C and I just found out that enzymes die at around 48 C. This solvent would however require a distiller or else you can knock yourself out with one wif. I'd still take hemp in oil form using Ethanol as the solvent as it's easier. You just need the rice cooker. Extracting the juice before using the pulp in the solvent would only be an option if growing the plant yourself.

........the heat in the extraction process changed anything about the synergism of the whole plant. Maybe this is why Rick said he found the best solvent to use is Ether, because it has a very low boiling point (35 C) and therefore would not require anymore heat than body temperature to separate the solvent from the cannabinoids. I suppose I should ask Dr R.Melamede if he knows of any studies on the effects of heat on Cannabis.

@paulagloria I don't really know why you'd suspect me to be a doctor, as I haven't discouraged the use of hemp medicine, only question the best extraction process. Obviously the oil has shown time and again to be very effective, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others and use it myself. It is clearly the most efficient method of extracting the cannabinoids, but the best quality? Some things it has not cured, like HIV and Parkinsons, only controlled. That's why I was wondering if......

@chrychek With a little common sense and basic safety being practised, you can make hemp oil safely. I do not recommend doing it inside as the fumes can build up and a spark is all it takes, like from the fridge kicking in or a pilot light on a propane stove or clothes drier. Doing it outside is best. Please don't hurt yourselves.
