hey bizkit, good shit, i got a question tho, would u consider pikachu, wolf, fox, and kirby mid to low level tier?

Are you asking what I think they should be or what they are? I think Wolf/Fox/Kirby are mid tier, and I think they still are. Kirby is too, I believe, and probably should stay there. Pikachu is high tier I think, but may be a mid tier, I dunno. I'm not too good at knowing much about mid tier potential.

Usually no, there's no mid tier tourneys. Most of the time it's just Low Tier events to give the lesser chars a chance to shine. Mid tiers can compete with high and sometimes top tiers pretty well.
