Well actually the issue of taxes IS a politically divided issue. I have gone to 3 of the Tea Parties and for me and many others, Taxes are just the tip of the iceberg.

Fairtax is better than the Flat tax. Flat tax is still withholding from my paycheck.

Yes there was betwee 500 and 700. THIS was just the first protest in February and there was only about 3 days notice.

There were Fairfax reps at the last 2 Parties I went to as well. Passing out fliers. I have to admit I have looked extensively into the Flat Tax but not so much into the Fairtax, I gather it is some kind of national sales tax? I'll read up on it.

These tax revolts are baseless because they still wanna keep the income tax in place. The fairtax was never talked about.
