This video didn't show what the gaurds did to the guy after he left. It was caught on tape also. They roughed him up pretty bad and When they saw it was being recorded they tried to grab the camera and succeeded in breaking it- but they did not succeed in ruining the tape.

@GohModley Actually, the atheist who objected warned them of what he planned to do if they didn't stop performing religious rituals during official business. He sent them emails ahead of time. And the cops actually assaulted the camera man who was not arrested nor was he the one who spoke out during th invocation. The reason why it is unconstitutional is because tax payers are being charged for the time these official are using to perform prayer. Where do you draw the line?

Pray has always been Hawaii custom, whether its christian, musilm, buddhist, etc.
If there is anything unconstitutional, you should all point your attention to CHICAGO, ILLINOISE! There is much unconstitutional things going on there.
As a fire-arm owner, I reckon their state government needs to put in check!
Trust me, there are worst things to be bitching about then worrying about, a state that was ILLEGALLY TAKEN OVER! So just leave them be, its the least of your worry!

That man is a True American Hero and should be hailed as such standing up for the millions of American that still hold dear to their Constitution and what the Founding Fathers didn't want to happen with the flat out breaching of the seperation of church/state!!.
