Chips Ahoy makes a great real voices clip because of the sheer amount and quality of the dialogue between Chip and Dale.

I took great care to eliminate any trace of Donald speaking because he sounds ridiculous when slowed.

Well, first of all they are really spoken by female voices. And secondly their voices seem more like to be by an adult woman.
