Andreas Kalteis / Motion X have produced some videoclips demonstrating training exercises and a few movements from the parkour arsenal, the clips were shown on the Mens Health website accompanying a nice article on the training for parkour in the magazine itself.

  • wieso wird eig immer versucht das effektive hanteltraining zu umgehen?was will man mit so ner klimmzug-Drehung kombination zB erreichen ?....

  • @04422syntha Syntha, Koordination.

  • @kalteis77

yup, good work my friend =)

  • @MaxSafeheaD no worries :D if you had tried to point out that you dont need a gym to do pk, then i would have said that youre right, but that its not implied, and that you arent forbidden to train for pk in a gym either. and since most mens health readers are gym-goers, i wanted to show them a few things they could do to spicen up their training in the gym, inspired by parkourish movement.

  • sorry, I didn't really think that one through - been a looooong day =P

  • @MaxSafeheaD err.. why is the sky blue ? I dont get the relation of the question, enlighten me.
