Strange door jump

I found this video on a forum a while back ago. This video is of some strange doorway that these guys found in a house. From what I have found out is that this film is real. I still don't fully understand whats going on...

Hmmmm good point...but you notice that he is closing the door when the camera comes around the corner. Maybe if this is real what if the world inside the bathroom is very different then the world outside of it so the light would be off to the camera but not to the guys in the hall? That is just my theory.

They never show you the room in the end, so all they really needed to do was go down the hall anyway. but thinking about it now, it was a cool idea and thanks for not having some goof in a ghoul mask jump at us at any point and time. That alone makes you better then most tubers.

When they close the door the light is on, he turns it off from the inside. I can't tell how he gets out of the bathroom, is he going out the same door he came in? If he  is, its film editing, right when the light goes off. Otherwise he just goes out the other door and takes his time so they have time to turn the light back on and wait for him.
