    Also, those "best in the world" are under strict supervision from top-notch olympic coaches. They know when they're lifting too much weight, to bail from a lift safely, and properly. How about crossfit "coaches" actually go through the same f'ing training as oly coaches, so these "competitors" will be taught how to do these lifts PROPERLY!

    Doesn't matter if he's dogshit tired; it's still not a good snatch.

    I know a guy who had the flu and felt like a trainwreck, but he still dragged his ass to the gym anyway and snatched more than this (then threw up).

    Basically, what I'm trying to say is

    a) it's still just an OK, but not good, snatch, and

    b) go fuck yourself
