a similar game, Tactics Ogre: The Knight of Lodis, does have kinda the same system. As in, they give you XP when you heal yourself or other people.
I'll be getting this game soonish, since I love Tactical RPGS alot.

i'm a bit disapointed of the AI, sometimes, i'm in the range of the enemy the archer and he doesn't shoot... does it happne also to you???
