news. this was in cocoran state prison in california, and your probably not gonna believe me but everyone was calling this dude the BOOTY BANDIT,and im not sure but if im correct this is where that phrase came from. this was happening like in the early 90`s.

damn i remember when i was in prison, back in 90`s their was this dude in corcoran state prison that was a black dude, he was like 6`5, 285 pounds, who used to rape his cellies. the cops used to throw bloods in his cell cause he was a crip and they would get raped by this dude constantly.this shit was going on in a security housing unit where you only leave your cell 3 times a week for an hour a day.imagine if this guy was in the general population.this is a tru story, the shit was all over the

@atmchickluva It's far from a parade. Canada and lots of countries in Europe (not to mention South Africa) have gay marriage. Until a few years ago, there were states in America where you could be thrown in jail for having gay sex. People had their children taken away from them & were denied hospital visitation.
And no, you can't be charged with a hate crime for saying 'queer' or 'gay'. Holy shit. You need to educate yourself before making ridiculous claims like that.

Depends what country you're referring to. Canada and Africa have completely different treatment and laws,etc.
and no, they can't get charged with a hate crime for saying "queer or gay", just like you can't be charged with a hate crime for saying "nigger". There has to be more to charge someone with a hate crime, like a criminal act of violence or similar. Hate speech and hate crimes are not the same.

@GetTheHook Go to other countries and see how gays are treated. America is paradise for homosexuals. Gays get treated better now than blacks did in the 60-70's. People can get charged with a hate crime for even saying the word "queer or gay".
